2. Description of Service

HallmarkPro is a comprehensive hallmarking management software platform that provides:

• Billing and invoicing management
• HUID certificate management
• Job card tracking and processing
• GST report generation
• Customer ledger management
• Tag generation and QR code creation
• Inventory and equipment management
• Royalty calculations and reports

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Do not share your login credentials with others
• Use strong, unique passwords

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing Plans

We offer three pricing tiers:

• Basic Plan: ₹10,000 one-time + ₹3,000/year AMC
• Professional Plan: ₹15,000 one-time + ₹3,000/year AMC
• Enterprise Plan: ₹20,000 one-time + ₹3,000/year AMC

4.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• One-time setup fees are non-refundable
• AMC fees are billed annually
• Failure to pay AMC may result in service suspension
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to harm others or violate their rights

6. Data Ownership and Usage

6.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data, transaction records, or customer information.

6.2 Data Usage Rights

By using our Service, you grant us the right to process, store, and backup your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates, which may temporarily affect availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by HallmarkPro or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss due to user error
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HallmarkPro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you'll have 30 days to export your data before it's permanently deleted.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in fraudulent activities.

13. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law
